Senegal’s men’s football team absolutely stunned their South American counterparts by defeating Uruguay 2-0 in today’s match, despite having to play with a 10-man squad after Senegalese defender Abdoulaye Ba was handed a red card after tripping Uruguay’s Luis Suarez.
Senegalese forward Moussa Konaté, who scored the equalizing goal between his team’s game against hosts Great Britain, was responsible for both goals scored in this game.
This was a historic win as Uruguay, up until now, had never lost a game at the Olympics. However, the last time they qualified was in 1928.
Congratulations Senegal!
If they keep their discipline, even Brazil wouldn’t be a match.
Man. Awesome. Ahaha, why haven’t I heard of this?
Anything that gives Luis Suarez pain gives me immense pleasure. Take that, you racist piece of shit.
