Ananse is a spider appearing in African folktales as a cunning trickster and the King of all Stories. These stories started in Ghana (a country in western Africa) and have spread all over the world, the oral traditions traveling with slaves as they were sold to the West indies and the Americas.
Nando Nkrumah is a freelance designer and artist based in Cologne / Germany creating Sketches, 2D / 3D renderings, Illustrations and design concepts. He was born in Ghana and moved to Germany after a military coup in the early 80’s.
While growing up in Germany, skateboarding, drawing and street art created a space for experimentation, imagination and creative freedom in his early age. (Corflot/ Linked In)
I loved those Ananse stories when I was growing up, but then again I always loved mischievous tricksters
